Section 12: Repeal, etc., of 1964 No.6

(1) The National Library Act 1964 is hereby repealed, and the National Library Board established by that Act, is hereby dissolved.
(2)
The transitional and saving provisions in the Second Schedule to this Act, shall have effect notwithstanding any other provision of this Act.
