Section 1: Establishment of the National Library Board.

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the National Library Board.
(2) The Board shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal.
(3)
The provisions of the First Schedule to this Act shall have effect with respect to the constitution and procedure of the Board and the other matters therein mentioned.
