NATIONAL INSURANCE COMMISSION ACT
Section 61: Application of the Insurance Act.
The provisions of this Act are without prejudice to and shall be read in conformity with the Insurance Act, so however, that where any of the provisions of the Insurance Act are inconsistent with any provision of this Act the provisions of the Insurance Act shall prevail and the provisions of this Act to the extent of that inconsistency, be void.
