Section 14: Directors and other employees of the Commission.

(1) Subject to sections 10 and 11 of this Act, the Board shall, from time to time, appoint for the Commission such number of directors and other employees as may appear to it expedient and necessary for the proper and efficient performance of the functions conferred on the Commission under this Act.
(2) The Commission shall pay its employees such remuneration and allowances, pensions and gratuities and other benefits as it may, with the approval of the Minister, determine.
