Section 38: Regulations

The Council may, with the approval of the President, make regulations for giving effect to the provisions of the Act and without prejudice to the foregoing regulations shall provide for-(a) the entry into and the type of courses and programmes approved by the Institute;
(b) the duration of the courses and programmes; and
(c) the certificates, if any, to be awarded by the Institute.
