Section 10: Powers of the Council

1993Section 10 of 40•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Council shall-(a) exercise on behalf of the Institute, the powers conferred on it under this Act; and
(b) do such other things as are necessary for the successful performance of its functions and those of the Institute.
