Section 25: Annual reports.

The Institute Shall-(a)
not later than 31st July of each year, prepare and submit to the Minister and the Auditor-General for the Federation, a report in such form as the Minister may direct on the activities and administration of the Institute during the immediate preceding year; and
(b) include in the report a copy of the audited accounts of the Institute for the year and Auditor-General’s report.
