Section 14: Establishment of library

The Institute shall establish and maintain a library comprising such books, records, reports, guides, catalogues, creative bibliographies and other publications as may be directed by the Board for innovative study and advancement of Nigeria's culture and history for research purposes and for other purposes connected with the functions conferred on the Institute by or pursuant to this Act.
