Section 1: Establishment of the National Institute for Cultural Orientation

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the National Institute for Cultural Orientation (in this Act referred to as "the Institute") which shall have the functions assigned to it by this Act.
(2) The Institute shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue or be sued in its corporate name.
