Section 10: Annual Estimates.

The Board shall-(a) cause to be prepared, not later than 1st June in each year, an estimate of the expenditure necessary to carry out the programme approved by the Board during the immediately preceding year; and
(b) not later than 31st October in each year, submit to the Minister the estimate of expenditure and that of its income during the next succeeding year.
