Section 4: Tenure of office of members of the Board

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, a person appointed to be a member of the Board, not being a public officer, shall hold office for a period of three years from the date of his appointment and shall be eligible for re-appointment for one further period of three years.
(2) Any member, not being a public officer, may resign his appointment by a resignation letter addressed to the Minister.
