Section 20: Borrowing power
1996Section 20 of 30•Federal Republic of Nigeria
(1) The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, from time to time, borrow such sums as it may require in the exercise of its functions under this Act.
(2) The Authority shall not, without the approval of the Minister, borrow any sum of money.
