Section 13: Exempted from tax.

2007Section 13 of 35•Federal Republic of Nigeria

All monies accruing to the Fund and accounts of the Agency from the sources specified in Section 12 and 19 of this Act respectively shall be exempted from income tax and all contributions to the Fund and the accounts of the Agency shall be tax deductible.
