Section 46: Right to Practice. Cap 207 LFN.

All persons admitted as legal practitioners to practice in Nigeria shall, subject to the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 and the Legal Practitioners Act, have right to practice in the Court:
Provided that a party to a dispute before the Court may represent himself or herself or be represented by the organisation to which he or she belongs.
