Section 11: Power to accept gifts.

(1) The Commission may accept any gift, grant or donation of land, money or other property from any person or organisation upon such terms and conditions (acceptable to the Commission), if any, as may be specified by the person or organisation making the gift or donation.
(2) The Commission shall not accept any gift or donation if the conditions attached thereto by the person or organisation making the gift or donation are inconsistent with the functions of the Commission.
