Section 26: Establishment of committees.

The bodies established under this Act, shall have power to constitute committees consisting members of such bodies and, subject to the provisions of sections 5 and 10 of this Act, authorise a committee established by it to exercise on its behalf, such functions as may be delegated to the committee.
