Section 19: Exemption from tax.

(1) The hospital shall not pay income tax on any income derived by the hospital under this Act or accruing to it from any of its investments.
(2) Accordingly, the provisions of any enactment relating to the taxation of companies or trust funds shall not apply to the Board of the hospital.
