Section 1: Establishment of the National Hospital for Women and Children, Abuja.

(1) There is hereby established a National Hospital for Women and Children, Abuja (in this Act referred to as "the hospital").
(2) The hospital-
(a) shall be a body corporate;
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name;
(c) shall have perpetual succession and a common seal.
