Section 14: Annual report.

The council shall, not later than six months immediately following the end of a year -(a) submit to the Minister a report on the activities and the administration of the scheme during the immediately preceding year and shall include in the report the audited accounts of the scheme and the auditor's report on the accounts; and
(b) present the audited annual accounts, auditor's report on the accounts and report on the activities of the scheme to an Annual Meeting comprising the registered contributors to the Scheme and all the registered health maintenance organisations and health care providers under the scheme.
