Section 8: Disclosure of Interest.

A member of the Council who has an interest in a contract or any other transaction proposed to be entered into with the Authority, or an application before the Council shall disclose in writing the nature of the interest and is disqualified from participating in the deliberations of the Council in respect of the contract, application or that transaction.
