Section 21: Power to defer pilgrimages in certain cases.

Where the Commission is satisfied that a person has committed any offence or misconduct specified by the Commission in the regulations made pursuant to Section 24 of this Act, the Commission may disqualify that person from undertaking any pilgrimage organized or supervised by the Commission pursuant to this Act and the disqualification shall have effect for such period as the Commission may specify.
