Section 9: Powers of the gallery

The gallery shall have power to-(a) acquire, hold and manage moveable and immovable property;
(b) sell, let, lease or otherwise dispose of property vested in the gallery but no work of art in the collection of the gallery shall be sold or disposed of in any way.
