Section 43: Exhibition of a film classified a "restricted exhibition"

(1) A film classified as "for restricted exhibition" under subsection 41(1) (e) of this Act, shall not be exhibited in a registered premises where there is present a person who has not attained the age of 18 years.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) of this section, shall be deemed to be guilty of a separate offence in respect of each person who has attained the age of 2 years but has not attained the age of 18 years, who is present at the exhibition.
