Section 20: Application for licence

An application for the grant of a licence to use a premises for purposes of a film or video exhibition shall be as in Form I of the Second Schedule to this Act and shall contain or be accompanied by-(a) Such information, documents and other materials as the Board may, from time to time, prescribe;
(b) A certificate issued by the Federal or State Fire Service stating that the premises conforms with necessary safety regulations.
