Section 14: Service of document

The notice referred to in section 13 of this Act and any summons, notice or other document required or authorized to be served upon the board under the provisions of this Act or any other enactment or law, may be served by delivering the same to the chairman or the Executive Director of the Board or by sending it by registered post addressed to the Executive Director at the principal office of the Board.
