Section 1: Establishment of the National Film and Video Censors Board

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the National Film and Video Censors Board (in this Act referred to as "the Board")which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
