Section 7: Cancellation of permit certificate of registration

(1) Where a permit or certificate of registration is cancelled, an appeal may be lodged with the Minister within 30 days of the cancellation.
(2) An appeal made under subsection (1) shall be in writing and be accompanied by such information as may be necessary to support the appeal.
(3) The Minister shall determine the appeal within 30 days of the receipt of the appeal and where -
(a) an appeal is not determined, within the stipulated time, or
(b) a person is dissatisfied with the decision of the Minister, an appeal may be made to the Federal High Court.
