Section 24: Compensation.

(1) Where an offender is convicted of an offence under this Act, the court may order that the offender pays compensation in addition to any other punishment imposed by the court.
(2) In awarding compensation, the court shall consider awards aimed at remedying any Injury caused to -
(a) the farmer or end user,
(b) the manufacturer or blender; and
(c) the affected community
