Section 1: Establishment of the National Eye Centre

(1)
There is hereby established at Kaduna, a center by the name of the National Eye Center (in this Act referred to as the Center), which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal.
(2) The Centre shall be a hospital, specialising in ophthalmology, with facilities for the training of ophthalmic personnel at all levels.
