Section 1: Establishment of National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency.

(1) There is established a body known as National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (in this Act referred to as "the Agency").
(2) The Agency:
(a) shall be the enforcement Agency for environmental standards, regulations, rules, laws, policies and guidelines;
(b) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and
(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
