Section 16: Award of contracts.

1999Section 16 of 26•Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) The Agency shall have power to award contracts not exceeding the sum of N30 million for the performance of any of its functions under this Act.
(2) The Agency shall not award a contract exceeding the said sum of N30 million without the prior approval of the President.
