NATIONAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (ESTABLISHMENT, ETC.) ACT
Section 1: Establishment of the National Emergency Management Agency, etc.

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the National Emergency Management Agency (in this Act referred to as "the Agency").
(2) The Agency -
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
