Section 2: Board of directors of the Authority.

(1) The affairs of the Authority shall be conducted by a board of directors of the Authority (in this Act referred to as "the Board"), which shall consist of members mentioned in Part I of the Schedule to this Act.
(2) The provisions of the Schedule relating to the powers and proceedings of the Board, and other matters therein mentioned, shall have effect as provided thereunder.
