NATIONAL ECONOMIC INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE (ESTABLISHMENT, ETC.) ACT
Section 1: Establishment of the National Economic Intelligence Committee, etc.

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the National Economic Intelligence Committee (in this Act referred to as "the Committee").
(2)
The Committee
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
