Section 51: Repeal.

1989Section 51 of 53•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Subsection (15) of section 3 of the Miscellaneous Offences Act, is hereby repealed and consequentially, all the provisions of any amending Act relative to the aforesaid paragraph are hereby repealed.
