Section 4: Custody of Register
1987Section 4 of 11•Federal Republic of Nigeria
(1) The Registrar shall secure the safety of the National Register maintained under this Act which shall be in his custody when not in use.
(2) The National Register shall be kept in such a way as the Registrar may from time to time direct.
