Section 25: Interpretation

1989Section 25 of 26•Federal Republic of Nigeria

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
''local government" includes an area council in the Federal Capital Territory;
"Minister" means the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja;
"National Commission" means the National Commission for Women established by section 1 of this Act.
