Section 11: Annual report

1989Section 11 of 26•Federal Republic of Nigeria

The National Commission shall cause to be ptepared and submitted to the President, not later than 30 July in each year a report on the activities of the National Commission during the immediately preceding year and shall include in the report the audited accounts of the National Commission and the Auditor-General's report thereon.
