Section 6: Power of Minister to give directives to the Commission

Subject to the provisions of this Act, the minister may give to the Commission, directives of a general character or relating generally to matters of policy, with regard to the exercise by the Commission of its functions under this Act and it shall be the duty of the Commission to comply with such directives.
