Section 16: Secretary and other employees of the Centre

(1)
There shall be, for each Centre, a Secretary who shall be appointed by the Minister, and such other employees, as may be required, to be appointed by the Centre, for carrying out the functions of the Centre under this Part of this Act.
(2) The Secretary and other employees of the Centre shall hold office on such terms and conditions as may be set out in their letters of appointment.
