Section 20: Powers to borrow.
2023Section 20 of 28•Federal Republic of Nigeria
(1) The Commission may, with the consent of the President, borrow, on such terms and conditions as the Commission may determine, such sums of money as the Commission may require in the performance of its functions under this Act.
