Section 1: Establishment of the National Commission for Almajiri and Out of School Children Education.

(1) There is established the National Commission for Almajiri and Out of School Children Education (in this Act referred to as "the Commission") which shall have the functions assigned to it by this Act.
(2) The Commission shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue or be sued in its corporate name.
