Section 17: Annual estimates.

The Board shall cause to be prepared not later than 1 June in each year an estimate of the expenditure necessary to carry out the programme approved by the Board for the next succeeding year and shall, not later than 31 October in each year, submit to the Minister the estimate of expenditure and that of its income during the next succeeding year.
