Section 33: Directives by the President, etc.

The President may give to the Commission or the Director-General such directives of a general nature or relating generally to matters of policy with regard to the exercise of its or his functions as he may consider necessary and the Commission or the Director-General shall comply with if they are not inconsistent with its functions as prescribed under this Act.
