Section 9: Other staff of the Commission.

1 The Commission may employ such other staff as employees of the Commission as it may consider necessary to assist the Director-General in the exercise of his functions under this Act.

2 Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), an employee of the Commission may be appointed by way of transfer of service or secondment from the Public Service of the Federation.
