Section 21: Power of the Commission to make regulations.

1 The Commission may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations generally for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.

2 Regulations made shall be published in the Federal Government Gazette and in such manner as the Commission may prescribe.
