Section 17: Offices and premises of the Commission.

For the purpose of providing offices and premises necessary for the performance of its functions under this Act, the Commission may, subject to the Land Use Act-(a) purchase or take on lease any interest in land, or other property; and
(b) equip and maintain same subject to the approval of the National Assembly.
