Section 5: Functions of the Trust Fund.
2022Section 5 of 26•Federal Republic of Nigeria
The Trust Fund shall-(a) receive all money accruing to it under this Act;
(b) utilise all money accruing to the Trust Fund under this Act to meet the stated objective of this Act; and
(c) carry out such other activities considered necessary for the attainment of the objective of this Act.
