Section 38: Exportation of private archives prohibited

(1) No person shall export or send private archives out of Nigeria.
(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) of this section is guilty of an offence under this section and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding N 1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to both such fine and imprisonrnent.
