Section 17: Expenditure of the Authority.

The Board may, from time to time, apply the proceeds of the fund established pursuant to section 16 of this Act to-(a) the cost of programme implementation and administration of the Authority;
(b) the payments of the salaries, fees and other remuneration, allowances, pensions and gratuities payable to employees of the Authority.
